There are currently 5 members of the Parish Council in Biggin and the Parish Clerk who attend meetings on a quarterly basis.  Unfortunately there is no public meeting place in Biggin village so this means that all meetings take place at numerous local venues including: Eversley Park Centre, Old Girls’ Community Centre (both in Sherburn in Elmet) Church Fenton Village Hall, Main Street, Church Fenton, nr Tadcaster LS24 9RL.  Occasionally, meetings will take place at Ulleskelf Village Hall.

The Parish Council in Biggin meet quarterly on a Wednesday evening at 6.30pm, Church Fenton Village Hall and consists of 5 Councillors:
